While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour of dolls clothes may vary in accordance with your monitor, software or printer.

Stock Levels

Dolls advertised may not be available.  If I do not have the dolls in stock, I will offer you alternative, or the opportunity to have one made similar.  If this happens you may accept the alternative I offer, cancel your order, leave the order valid but request me to omit the out of stock item.  If I owe you money (for this or any other reason) I will credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practical but in any event no later than 30 days of the date of your order.

Price & Payment

You must pay in full the cost of your order before any part of it will be sent.  Please be aware that prices may rise in accordance with inflation but the prices shown on this website will be kept accurate.

Delivery

The carrier will make deliveries to the address stipulated in your order.  You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.  Please allow 3-6 months delivery unless in stock.  I will contact you upon receipt of an order to confirm a suggested postal date.

Tax Duties & Import Restrictions

I have no knowledge of and no responsibility of the laws in your Country of residence.  You are responsible for purchasing which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your Country of residence.

Damaged Goods

All reasonable care and endeavour is used to correctly and safely pack all dolls and any included items.  If however, a dispute arises I will make every effort to resolve it within a reasonable period.

Goods Returned

You may not cancel orders for hand-made, specially commissioned, or personally made dolls.  I am under no obligation to collect or recover dolls from you but if I do costs will be payable by you.
